MYPROPERTLY EARLY ACCESS

Privacy Policy

Effective September 3, 2026

Information we collect

When you request access, apply for a rental, register a marketplace business, or use the application, we may collect contact, application, business, property, lease, payment, maintenance, inspection, uploaded-file, device, and abuse-prevention information.

How we use it

We use information to operate MyPropertly, respond to requests, administer early access, improve the platform, prevent abuse and send communications you requested.

Storage and access

Records are stored with contracted infrastructure services. Access controls separate landlord and tenant information. No system is infallible; during early access, do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account details or credit reports.

Providers and disclosure

We may use hosting, storage, email, analytics, security and payment providers. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect the platform and its users.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. You may request access, correction, or deletion through our dedicated privacy-request page. We verify identity before fulfilling a request.
