MyPropertly is offered as software under development. Features may change, contain errors or be unavailable. Continuous availability is not guaranteed during this stage.
No professional advice
MyPropertly organizes information and workflows. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, screening or professional property-management advice. You are responsible for legal compliance and qualified advice.
User responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect account access, process only information you have the right to use and avoid illegal, harmful or rights-infringing content.
Professional Marketplace
Marketplace profiles contain third-party information. MyPropertly does not guarantee licensing, availability, pricing, quality or outcomes. Independently verify each professional before hiring.
Payments and pricing
No charge is made during early-access registration. Proposed pricing includes the landlord offer of 4 months for $15 (pay for 1 month and receive 3 months free) and $25 per category and ZIP code per month for the Professional Marketplace. Registration does not authorize a charge. Separate payment terms will be presented before any purchase.
Limits and changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, early-access use is at your own risk. We may change or suspend features and update these terms before paid launch.
